The Element Sir Ken Robinson The Element describes the place where the things we love to do and the things we are good at, come together. The Element is the meeting point between natural aptitude and personal passion. What you’ll find in common among the people you will meet in the coming pages is that they are doing the thing they love, and in doing it they feel like their most authentic selves. They find that time passes differently and that they are more alive, more centered, and more vibrant than at any other times. Ask a class of first graders which of them thinks they’re creative and they’ll all put their hands up. Ask a group of college seniors this same question and most of them won’t.
